Richmond Beach began in 1890 as a little town waiting for the Great Northern Railway, and today it is the beachfront corner of northwest Shoreline. Caravan Kebab is one of its closest neighbors to the north, in Firdale Village on the Edmonds side of the county line.
Food for a Day at Saltwater Park
Richmond Beach Saltwater Park has reservable picnic shelters near the parking lots and down by the beach, plus sandy shoreline for tide pooling at low tide and a good chance of spotting seals and sea lions. Plan for the long pedestrian bridge over the railroad tracks if you are carrying food down. Our foil trays of Mediterranean salad, hummus, dolmas, and spanakopita are easy to carry and feed the whole group.
Neighborhood Gatherings and Celebrations
Block parties, church potlucks, school fundraisers, and birthday dinners are what Richmond Beach does best. Our Seven-Course Catering Package is $30 per person and includes beef curry, chicken kebab, dolmas, spanakopita, Persian salad, baba ghanouj, and baklava. Parties of 15 to 20 pick up, and we deliver for large groups.
Lunch Without the Long Drive
Our all-you-can-eat lunch buffet is $24.95, Tuesday to Sunday from 11 AM to 2 PM, with curries, basmati rice, spreads, salads, and dessert. All meat is Halal certified, and walk-ins are always welcome.
