Recent Event: A College Cultural Night
Catered by Caravan Kebab
In May 2025, Caravan Kebab catered a college cultural night called “A Night Under the Eastern Moon.” Our team set up a full buffet line for the students: Mediterranean salad with spinach, feta, olives, and cranberries, two kinds of house-made hummus, trays of warm pita, basmati rice, and hot dishes kept warm in chafing pans.
Because all of our meat is Halal certified and so many of our dishes are vegetarian, one buffet worked for the whole room.
